If you receive a broken or unusable item, contact me as soon as possible, indicating your invoice number in your email.

I will be happy to take back the broken item to repair or replace it.

Fleur de lune assumes the delivery costs for a broken or unusable item, but reserves the right to invoice the customer in the event of improper use.

There is no return, exchange or refund possible for an item received in good condition.
